Handmade Products

Our handcrafted products are individually made by skilled artisans. Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print placement, beadwork, or handcrafted details are natural characteristics that make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order or Made to Order require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated dispatch times are displayed on the respective product pages.

Customized Orders

Customized, personalized, and bulk orders are produced specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.
