At USE Ecoproducts, every order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail. As a women-led brand, we offer both ready-to-ship products and handcrafted made-to-order products.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Products
Products marked as Ready to Ship are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Products
Some products are handcrafted after you place your order to ensure the highest quality.
- Dispatch time: 5–10 business days (or update based on your production schedule)
- The estimated dispatch time will always be mentioned on the respective product page.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
- Kerala: 2–5 business days
- South India: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
We also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotional campaigns or above the specified order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
