At USE Ecoproducts, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We are committed to delivering beautiful, sustainable products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
✅ Eligible for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
✔️ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔️ Product must be unused,unwashed and in its original condition.
✔️ Original tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Products
Since pre-order products are handcrafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
Customized & Bulk Orders
Customized products, personalized products, and bulk orders created specifically for individuals, businesses, events, or corporate gifting cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
As every USE Ecoproducts product is handcrafted, we cannot accept returns for:
🚫 Change of mind
🚫 Incorrect product selected by the customer
🎨 Slight colour differences due to screen settings
🧵 Natural variations in fabric, weaving, stitching, embroidery, or print placement
⚠️ Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, or normal wear and tear
These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

🔄 Exchange Policy
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer:
✅ Replacement (subject to stock availability)
or
💳 Full Refund
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a complete refund.
💳 Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
⏳ Refund initiated within 2 business days
🏦 Bank processing usually takes 5–7 business days
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds will be processed through:

Please share your UPI ID or bank account details after approval.
🚚 Reverse Pickup
Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:
📦 You may courier the product to us.
💰 If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed.
❌ Order Cancellation
🕒 Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
🚛 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
